lol and i just got a new diamond through insurance last sat..lol oh well j/k im staying with the diamond for awhile..im happy sprint will be getting the diamond2 though. thats my next phone..

UPDATE!!! - FOR EVERYONE WHO WANTS A TOUCH PRO2 OR DIAMOND2, I WAS AT SPRINT IN A CENTRAL CONNECTICUT MALL AND BOUGHT A PALM TREO PRO FOR MY WIFE. IT TOOK FOREVER.. SO I WAS TALKING WITH THE MANAGER CUZ HE HAD A DIAMOND TOO. HE WAS ALL PUMPED UP ABOUT THE NEWS HE HAD JUST LEARNED, THAT THE NEW TOUCH PRO 2 AND TOUCH DIAMOND 2 WOULD BE IN STORES NEXT MONTH!!!! HE SAID T-MOBILE WAS GETTING THEM FIRST, (SHOULD BE THIS WEEK) , AND THEN SPRINT WAS GETTING THEM IN STORES! I TOO WAS HAPPY TO HEAR THIS AND WANTED TO WAIT UNTIL THEN TO UPGRADE BUT GOT THE TREO ANYWAYS... SO GOOD NEWS!

The reps will always be clueless.(i go into the sprint store and sell more phones while im in there than they sell all day{this really happened, i think in December. i sold 6 diamonds in about 1 hour. Just by demoing it while people were waiting for a rep.}) i really hope they hit next month even though i used my renewal last Oct for my diamond...........( i gotta plan)

Is it possible to get insurance on a phone you already own, or do you have to sign up for it when you purchase the phone? ive had my diamond for like 9 months. I have sprint, the reason im asking is because last week my sister and I swapped phones and when i called the Tech to change the ESN's, they ask me if i wanted to add insurance on my new phone(the diamond which i already had for 9 months)
