Diamond Owners - Whats your next phone?

touchscreen is very nice and would be hard to do without, but the blackberry tour is very nice, checked it out at sprint today. However the diamond really never does or probouly will get old, as long as we have creative chefs there will always be updates for us. when i flashed 6.5 it was like a whole new phone.

that's what is holding me back. I have been looking at review after review but I don't know if I want to step back to a trackball and no touchscreen. I look at my diamond and what it can do and I feel it can do everything the tour can do and better, except push email which i do want. I think i will wait for the TP2

Waiting to see if Sprint really gets the Diamond2, if not then definitely the TP2, but it won't be right away since my Diamond still have a whole lot of life left in it thanks to all the developers here

I really like my Diamond but it is getting about time to spend some money on a new phone in the next 6 months or so. I'm thinking that if Sprint's smart/lucky enough to offer the Toshiba TG01 I'll go for that. My hopes are all but dashed that they'll get the Diamond 2 and that Toshiba looks pretty sick so I'll check that out. Otherwise I'll probably just stick with the Diamond. I've found a good ROM so it suits my needs just fine.

im really hoping sprint gets the diamond2 since it corrects my only 2 complaints about the device: no micro sd slot and a larger screen. but if sprint doesnt get the diamond2 i guess ill have to go with the pro2, even though ill NEVER use the slide out qwerty.

Or if they pick up the hero i might have to pick one of those up too. i need a good web browser and android is the only one that even comes close to opera 9.5: auto wrap text no matter what zoom level, open links in new tabs, being able to change the user agent to whatever i want, send link as a sms or email, saving images and other files off of the web, etc....if anyone knows about the android browser pm me i have questions that havent been answered after hours of googling and youtube vids

I would love to get my hands on a Diamond 2, however I don't thing Telus will be getting it any time soon or ever. So it gonna be the TP2 for me, when ever Telus gets of its A$$ and lets it go.

I'm going to wait. there are some new technologies coming out that interest me, like the new screen technology of the omnia series that uses much less battery power. think it's called amoled screens. no hurry for me. Like my diamond alot, like the choices of roms and great chefs we have as well. In the end will go with the most improved device with the most users which will draw innovation, more roms, etc.

I really hope sprint gets that omnia II. that thing looks sick. don't really know why sprint isn't getting the samsung products. verizon seems to be getting all the good ones.
