Microp Version Mismatch TROUBLES!! PLEASE HELP AND/OR COMMENT

So I've been spending the better part of today searching between here, google, and xda-developers..only to find out that the only resolution with this error...Microp Version Mismatch. Please update latest firmware...is to send back to HTC/Sprint whoever..

My Diamond will run but no LCD display whatsoever..at times I can get the comp to recognize the Diamond..at other times I can get it to come on, but sooner rather than later the screen goes off completely

This is where my problem comes into play I have flashed roms and everything for days and I realize unless one of you guys have a fix for this I'm going to have to send the Diamond back..

PLEASE Help!!
