Microp Version Mismatch TROUBLES!! PLEASE HELP AND/OR COMMENT
So I've been spending the better part of today searching between here, google, and xda-developers..only to find out that the only resolution with this error...](*,)Microp Version Mismatch. Please update latest firmware](*,)...is to send back to HTC/Sprint whoever..
My Diamond will run but no LCD display whatsoever..at times I can get the comp to recognize the Diamond..at other times I can get it to come on, but sooner rather than later the screen goes off completely This is where my problem comes into play I have flashed roms and everything for days and I realize unless one of you guys have a fix for this I'm going to have to send the Diamond back.. PLEASE Help!! |

Re: Microp Version Mismatch TROUBLES!! PLEASE HELP AND/OR COMMENT
I guess you have already done this, but have you flashed the latest shipped/stock rom?
If you do and you still get the error I'm afraid there's not much more you can do. :( Also, have you updated your PRL and Profile lately? |

Wirelessly posted (HTC Diamond: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows CE; IEMobile 7.11) Sprint MP6950SP)
I don't know if this can be done with cdma or not. But I was reading over on xda about formatting with mtty. I guess it totally reformats your device so the rom memory is completely cleared. Then I guess after the format is done, a rom is flashed which has helped many users correct weird issues. You might investigate that. :dontknow: |
