Is there any exaustive list of WM 6.5 Today plug-ins? In particular I'm looking for a TO-DO LIST.

By using CHome editor you can make all the custom tabs and pages you want In your case you would make a new Panel called "to do list" then make a new page on that panel linked to your to do list application. It's very easy and totally flexible.
