Not yet I'm probably going to...

Call Tech (know the number? lol) and see if I can get walked through and fix it...

If that doesn't work I'm going to flash shipped rom and relock it. Then take it to alltel store and see if they can run it through there programming and see if they can find what's wrong.

1800-Alltel1 (put in a bogus phone number or whatever) then options 3,0,1 should get you there. But the shipped ROM should do it from Alltel to reset the data provisioning for Alltel but you may want to try a Sprint shipped ROM.

GOT IT!!!! I changed some registry settings and went into epst and changed a few things again and got it working. I thought that the registry would reset but i guess the value was just stuck to what i set thanks to everyone for the help

There was a registry value that was suppose to be 1 and was set to 0 and I changed that and it worked lol
