Problem when trying to answer a call

Good Afternoon Everyone,

Every so often when an incoming call comes and I try to answer it using Slide to Answer or pressing the Talk key the phone doesn't answer. If I slide the slide will remain on the answer side but still I either have to wait or sometimes it won't answer. Does anyone else have this problem? I am currently using the new Mighty r3born rom but this has happened with all roms I used including stock.
