how can i manually remove contacts file

I want to copy my contacts file from my diamond and save it to a USB. Iv looked all over in my Diamond but cant find anything releated to my contacts.

Anyone know where the file is located so i can manually remove it?

Reason for this is I just reformated my comp and i really dont want to install office just to sync my contacts. its a resource hog
