Did this fix the issue for you? It's been really bad for me lately. It was better for a month or so but now I'm rarely getting calls and the voicemails only come through when I make an outgoing call.

Re: Still having problems with Diamond not ringing

Just got my FOURTH Diamond that still has this issue. How does nobody else have this issue when it's obviously a hardware issue? It has happened across 4 phones, stock ROM, cooked ROM, stock radio, new sprint radio, and Telus radio. This makes NO SENSE!!

Re: Still having problems with Diamond not ringing

So I did some more research and by doing ##DEBUG# I found that my Rx Power is usually only -95 to -102 db on the stock radio and -80 to -85 db on the new Sprint, Verizon, and Telus radios. That seems to be my issue. Whenever it's below -90 or so I tend to have the calls not go through. Sprint is going to have a technician see if they can adjust the towers as this shouldn't be happening 2 miles outside of DC in Northern Virginia, only a few miles from Sprint's HQ! They are also sending me a free Airave that should increase the signal in my house. What's strange is that when I go to roaming my Power increases to -55db or so. That's a HUGE increase! If only I had that signal on Sprint I'd be fine. Hopefully the technician can fix this issue because it's been driving me and my wife crazy.

Lol PEBKAC. J/k

So don't blame the phone for a carrier issue.

It's possible that you just have a lot of houses and trees between your house and the tower. That happens in Wichita when I'm at my friend's house. Roaming doesn't fare much better. And it's in the middle of the city too.
