Re: How To Set Up Picture Mail?
Not sure if it's related, but when the Instinct first came out it didn't like the configuration of the Picturemail out the door. Many users had to have the Picturemail access REMOVED from their accounts and then re-added in order for it to work properly with their phones.
Since the Diamond and the Touch Pro came out I've seen the same thing several times just not to the extreme it was with the Instinct. My recommendation would be to call Sprint, request transfer to their Advanced Tech Support department (they are the ones adept at windows mobile devices). Explain the situation to them and the recommendation to have the Picturemail (MMS) capability removed and then re-added to the actual account.

Re: How To Set Up Picture Mail?
I definitely know what you mean, I was told by an ATS individual, anytime you have an issue with a Windows Mobile phone or Blackberry device, it's best to ask for ATS. The normal Tech Support individual doesn't have the necessary tools to assist with these devices.
