Since the Diamond and the Touch Pro came out I've seen the same thing several times just not to the extreme it was with the Instinct. My recommendation would be to call Sprint, request transfer to their Advanced Tech Support department (they are the ones adept at windows mobile devices). Explain the situation to them and the recommendation to have the Picturemail (MMS) capability removed and then re-added to the actual account.

Thanks a lot. I have not tried to get the Advanced Tech Support to fix my problems. The times I have tried with customer support it was with the normal , at times stupid, reps. I honestly think I know more about phones than they do.
