Sprint PictureMail issue

I was looking around in the Forums and didn't see any issues with PictureMail like I am having so any help would be appreciated.

I can send PictureMail fine even though my phone just shows it is "Pending" after it sends, but my real problem is that I cannot receive any PictureMail. I have been on the phone with Sprint to try and figure it out for a couple days with no luck. Prior to calling them I flashed to Stock Sprint Rom and 1.11.00F Radio. They have had me do many things with no luck. Hard Resets, ##DATA#, ##776# (had me reset all values which also does a Hard Reset), verified profile info with ##778#, deleted the #777 modem connection and reestablish it, update to the new PictureMail.cab, and a few other things.

With the support and knowledge I have seen throughout the Forum, any help would be awesome, especially if all your help can beat Sprint to fixing it!

EDIT:
FIXED! So here was the issue: I had to use command prompt to reformat internal storage. I could send PictureMail but could not receive it due to my phone no longer seeing the Internal Storage as a internal storage drive and rather just a folder. After I went into command prompt and "format e:" on my computer (e: of course being the drive that my phone shows up as when I connect it to my computer) it formatted properly. Using File Explorer I copied the contents of the Internal Storage folder into the new correct Internal Storage2 DRIVE (has a little icon of a disk on the folder) and then deleted the original Internal Storage folder. Soft-Reset and the folder will be gone and the Internal Storage2 Drive will now be the proper Internal Storage Drive (named properly without the "2" at the end). Now I can send and receive pictures as normal. Hopefully this message helps anyone with the issue as I have heard a lot of people had it.
