Yes. You need either an extra hard drive or create a second partition on your current drive. Partition Magic works great.

You always can upload the .nbh to the Internal Storage and rename it to DIAMIMG and go into bootloader and flash that way.

Yes and just figured I'd state that I've been flashing non stop on Win7 and it's working without issue.

I have been flashingin Win 7 since the initial Beta as well w/o issue. I have flashed a CDMA Diamond and GSM TP2.

For those of you having issues flashing in Win 7 Professional, Enterprise, or Ultimate:
Check out Windows XP Mode. Microsoft gives you the ability to run a virtual fully licensed copy of XP. BUT YOU MUST HAVE PROFESSIONAL, ENTERPRISE, or ULTIMATE!!!
