Goto HKLM -> Software -> HTC -> OEM -> SMS -> Add a DWORD string called RecvTimeStamp and set the decimal value to 1. I think that CAB adds it in.

thats a different sms issue....use a reg editor & add/edit the below:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\OEM\SMS]
"RecvTimeStamp"=dword:00000001

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Jataayu\Messaging\SMS]
“UseSystemTimeAsRecvTime”=dword:00000001
