How to change to PCM keyboard

SIPchanger automatically changes your SIP to whichever one you set when your phone starts up. The problem with our Diamonds and TPs because of TF3D is that they take longer to start up than other WinMo devices. You can set the delay time that you want SIPchanger to start which is default to 10 seconds. If SIPchanger tries to run when TF3D is starting (phone says Launching TouchFlo 3D), SIPchanger will be nulled.

I set my delay time to 40 seconds and that seems to work for me on stock Sprint ROM. Keep in mind boot times will vary for each device depending on programs and ROM you installed.

Try to set yours to 60 seconds to be safe and work your way back in 10 second intervals until you have found the right timing.
