At last
At last i will be getting my diamond
A wile back (sept) I convinced sprint to give me a discount on a diamond if i send back my old phone it would have cost me 250 and hay i am not made of $$ so never went though with it. SO...This morning I activated my old touch(cracked screen) and after that called asurion told me pay 50 bucks and wait 2-5 weeks told them no thanks and hung up. After that i tryed my luck talked to sprint via web chat (i know  ) and talked to them and after 2 h. and transfered 5 times got them to agree to i send my old phone with a cracked screen and get a fresh diamond (not those words at all)... but none the less i think it is a good x-mass gift for me so my mom does not have to buy a lot  ( santa)-Thanks poker
