At last i will be getting my diamond
A wile back (sept) I convinced sprint to give me a discount on a diamond if i send back my old phone it would have cost me 250 and hay i am not made of $$ so never went though with it. SO...This morning I activated my old touch(cracked screen) and after that called asurion told me pay 50 bucks and wait 2-5 weeks told them no thanks and hung up.
After that i tryed my luck talked to sprint via web chat (i know

)
and talked to them and after 2 h. and transfered 5 times got them to agree to i send my old phone with a cracked screen and get a fresh diamond (not those words at all)...
but none the less i think it is a good x-mass gift for me so my mom does not have to buy a lot

If you was to tell them u lost your Touch wouldnt they send you the Diamond in the maail? Did they discontinue the Touch or just the Mogul?

Sprint does not sell the touch any more but asurion has who knows how many refrebs. left they said "we do not upgrade or downgrade any phones if still in stock"
