K guys, erased the thread and asked for it to be deleted cuz its now a waste of my time.

The long rant was meant to be funny....if the sarcastic tone of what I wrote was understated and the joke was overstated making me seem genuinely angry and ready to blow (haha get it) I do apologize.

Seriously I think people just didn't get that the whole rant, though my request was obviously genuine and I thank the dude that PM'ed me, was meant to be jovial. Somebody delete this thread before more people miss the mark and post more useless stuff....oh and bigggant I did give the guy that same attitude at the sprint store then he talked smack so I punched a hole in their display case and stole all the dummy phones....I thanked you for being such a douche that it made me feel better about myself.

Somebody already pm'ed me...sheesh.

PS - I live in Boston.

And people wonder why Sprint gets such a bad rap for customer service? Sounds like a shining example of why people leave them and go to another carrier.

It sucks to hear about your situation and I'm glad to hear that it worked out from someone here on the board.

People are so quick to jump on you for venting a little? I don't get it.

My advice? When your contract is up, take your phone # and $$ to another carrier.

But, that's just my opinion (Although I've been there with Sprint before and it's why I left and went to Alltel.)

all u guys down south complain too much about cell carriers. LOL.

no offense but in canada these mofos suck consumers' blood and make us pay out of our asses (unless u can cheat ur way into a corporate plan). Yea, things are chaging, but to be very honest, ive been around forums for a some time, hofo, xda, here, and others too, from what i read around about sprint, they seem like a WONDERFUL carrier compared to ANY in canada.

our customer service is a joke, u get hung up on, u get transferred to supervisors that hang up on u too, u can even talk to business executives in bell canada(like i have) and they still give u the run around.

so honestly, suck it up. =), u guys have it a LOT better than we do. And all the replacement policies that sprint has, and being able to walk into a store and get NUMEROUS back covers is amazing (reported by at least 50+ users). Telus charges 60 dollars for a new cover. Bell wont even order one for you, u have to get a BRAND NEW housing through utstarcom.
