no offense but in canada these mofos suck consumers' blood and make us pay out of our asses (unless u can cheat ur way into a corporate plan). Yea, things are chaging, but to be very honest, ive been around forums for a some time, hofo, xda, here, and others too, from what i read around about sprint, they seem like a WONDERFUL carrier compared to ANY in canada.
our customer service is a joke, u get hung up on, u get transferred to supervisors that hang up on u too, u can even talk to business executives in bell canada(like i have) and they still give u the run around.
so honestly, suck it up. =), u guys have it a LOT better than we do. And all the replacement policies that sprint has, and being able to walk into a store and get NUMEROUS back covers is amazing (reported by at least 50+ users). Telus charges 60 dollars for a new cover. Bell wont even order one for you, u have to get a BRAND NEW housing through utstarcom.
