How do you guys clear up your storage memory?

Thanks guys, I deleted it but only gained about 4MB of space. Better than nothing.

do you run dashwire? If so set it to manual mode or it will take all of your pics and save them to the regular storage on your phone and not the 4gb storage. They may fix that with a another release. i have over 300 pics on dashwire and it takes over 20mb on my phone.
