I've found the culprit that's changing it... It's when NetCF is upgraded in the stock rom for me. If I have v3.5 in there, the volume's whacky. If I downgrade to stock 2.0, it's restored.... Anyone else having this problem? I suppose for now I'll see what isn't working with 2.0 and maybee I'll need to embrace aebutton plus... I swear I haven't smoked anything....

ok that would help explain it... when i had the volume issues i was using the cab version of v3.5 via sashimi... when i started using the v3.5 OEM in the kitchen problems went away... never made the connection to that being the issue!

yeah it was quite an adjustment coming from the mogul... took a few day to get it down.
