Blown speaker?

Well, I loaded a new custom ROM this morning (I load them all the time), and noticed that I wasn't getting any sound from the device. I could make a call, and hear everything just fine, but all other systems sounds weren't working. I thought it might be an issue with the ROM I loaded. So I loaded up another ROM, and it is doing the same thing.

I think the speaker may have blown. I can actually make a call, and hear everything fine through the headset speaker. But if I change to speaker phone, there is no sound. If I start playing music with the headset plugged in, everything works just fine. The second I pull out the headset, there is no sound at all.

Has anyone else seen this? I tried Googling, but couldn't find anything.

You're not alone, my first did the same thing. Took it in and got a brand new one. Just making sure you flash back to stock rom and relock the damn thing, some sprint employees are you know what

Yep, got it swapped out today (and I did relock and reload stock). I have insurance, but for some reason they did a 30-day exchange even though I have had the phone way longer than 30 days??? I wasn't going to complain or say anything though

. The dude was actually really cool. He let me keep my old battery too. So now I have an extra.
