Dropped in warter

So i left my beatiful diamond on the charger and go to get it cant find it ask around and my baby cousin dropped it in the TOILET so i quickly took out the battery blow dryed it let it sit for hours inserted the battery the phone came on whoo hoo

but there are white marks on the screen that look bad any help because i dont want to spend that 50 bucks and just got it saturday.
