As long PayPal earns its percentage on your transactions, and attempts to freeze accounts therefore acquiring frozen funds for themselves, they don't care. Too many other paying customers to make up for it. |

Re: Diamonds on eBay
hey i also bought a phone from that celldep0t guy and filed a claim with paypal but it was escalated to where i have to return the phone to him, although i received it straight from sprint/asurion. i don't really want to send him the phone since he is obviously scamming people, should i call paypal?
-after reading through, it looks like his drop shipper actually is probably scamming him and as a result us, i hope this can be straightened out. Last edited by tretch; 12-06-2008 at 07:13 AM. |

Mine came without activation problems, but also very suspiciously from an asurion replacement box. I am pretty sure the guy got caught because the last seller ratings he received said product didnt even ship to their address. I would say buyer beware and hope for the best. The ONE and only good thing I have to say about eBay is that they have good buyer protection so I would start looking for a reputable seller and pull the trigger with the live search discount activated. I got a Diamond for 240 - %25 off live search = approx. 190 which I thought was excellent deal at the time, but my stuff was apparently stolen so it is what it is. |

Re: Diamonds on eBay
For those of you that have received a phone without the Asurion forms; can you please list the seller that you used? I plan on using my Christmas cash on a Diamond and don't want to get involved with this insurance scam business.
Thanks! |
