Also keep in mind that, although you specify installation to internal storage,
1) Some apps will still install to program memory anyway (based on how the installation script is configured) 2) Some apps will only install a part of itself to internal storage, while other parts will still go to program memory\Program Files or \Windows 3) Many apps will write to \Application Data located in program memory All of the above will erode program memory. Also, 1) Look in \Temp as well as \Windows\ExtraDumpFiles directory, you can delete most of the stuff in there 2) I posted some time back on how to gain a solid 3 to 7 MBs from deleting Sprint Navigator, the Touch Mobile Guide (\Windows\Touch Mobile Guide and related files), and other commonly unused items. This might help you too. Cheers.

Also move all your messaging cache to internal storage. Not just the attachments. And/or use the "clear" option in your inbox menu
