How To Enable The FM Radio On CDMA Diamond Or Touch Pro

I just read in a post on another web forum that all you need to do was extract a few files from the GSM rom and add them to the CDMA phone and the FM worked...
"...you will need a gsm touch diamond rom, extract the drivers relating to the fm radio i.e. fms.dll or fminit2.bts -move these file into your oemdrivers folder (replacing the one that are already in there) and BAM done ...."
Also, I only saw people talk about the Sprint ROM. Is there an Alltel ROM that has the radio working that I can install on my Alltel Diamond.
If someone is talking about this stuff else where, please tell me where. I have only been able to FM radio information through google searches (that gave me this post).
