i got a extended 30 days extension to return my touch diamond, which means if the touch pro does come out on November 2, i can still get it and return my diamond.

ok i have i deal with retentions on sending my touch back but all they asked for was the phone so am i safe just sending the phone because i mean thats all they asked for but the return kit says otherwise any help any one im sending it back in the morning

I've gotten two return kits from sprint in the past month, and I've noticed that they've changes the documentation that comes with the return kit. The kit I received a few weeks ago said to just return the phone and the battery, but now it says to return everything (box, manuals, accessories, etc..).

I agree! It's people like them that make the prices of our phones more expensive. They had to pay for that stuff and if they don't get it back, they charge us for it in some way. If they pay more and profit shrinks, they pass it on to us. Plus I hate thieves as Im a retired Sherrif's deputy.
