I always turn off the time synchro, and that usually does the trick. Although, in the last couple of weeks, I have installed some custom roms that included Quickmenu, and A/S would continually open. When I would change to a custom rom that didn't include Quickmenu, the problem would go away. All of which is too bad, because I really like Quickmenu.

Re: activesync always running?

It defaults to start up automatically. Try the above cab and it should fix it.
