View \Windows Folder vis USB on Computer

First I know I read earlier yesterday somebody else asking this question but for the life of me could not find the thread. (There were no answers yesterday) So my sincere apologies.

I do not see the \Windows Folder from the Diamond on my computer to backup files etc. I have tried to make them visible but running into issues when viewing them on the desktop. I am running Windows Vista and Diamond has Telus stock rom and can see it in Resco Explorer and Folder application
