View \Windows Folder vis USB on Computer

Here we go, with pictures

With your phone synced to your computer via USB, open My Computer on the PC. Next click on the Organize dropdown at the top right. Then click on Folder and Search Options:



Next click on the View tab at the top and make sure that you have the radio button marked next to Show hidden files and folders:



Next remove the checkmark for Hide protected operating system files (recommended):



You will see a new window with this warning:


Click Yes and and then click the OK button to close the Folder Options.

Now drill down into your device and see the /Windows directory:
