Re: So I love this thing... But what the F@#*ck is up with the circle/D Pad?

One thing, on mine anyway, is that you don't have to press ON the circle or even the lip of the circle. It actually works better (left and right) to press besdie the circle and away from the lip i that makes sense. At first I thought mine didn't work until I realized how responsive it is to press just a little further out.

I agree with this. The inner circle is a select button only. The raised lip is a touch sensor only. Press directionally just outside that for optimal results.

pressing just outside the zoom ring works best for me.

Re: So I love this thing... But what the F@#*ck is up with the circle/D Pad?

OK... so big discovery. I just installed a program called diamond tweak 0.5 with the link here http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...ghlight=sprint . this program has an option among many others to enable the dpad for scrolling.

Im not sure whether it is disabled (according to the program it is turned off by default) but anyway I am happy to report that after enabling the dpad it now works much better... Not perfect but 60% better. Huge improvement that I thought I would share!!!

Hope this helps. Let me know if it works for you?

Ah.. I've had that set since the get go.. Diamond Tweak was one of the first apps loaded... maybe thats why i didn't experience any real trouble with the Dpad.
