How do I get my sprint pic mail back?

I got rid of all the sprint stuff by soft reset after hard reset. I want my picture mail back but when I go to window and try to install picture mail cab it will not let me. Something about verisign picture already installed and then can 't be removed. Anyway any suggestions?

Using a file explorer look thru the /windows directory for the .cab file there. click on it and it should install.
Note: I am assuming here that the file is there. I haven't seen anything on EXT ROM in the Diamond so this assumes that the file structure is like the Touch.

That is what I did and then I get this message about verisign has to be removed and then it will not install it. Any other thoughts. What about this sMMs program? Just wondering. I have to have extra memory for programs so it is worth losing the customization. Just trying to have everything i want on this phone and ram memory is a major problem.

Well if you compare the two, sMMS has style that the Sprint/Verisign program lacks, and though there are features that are "in the works" that will far surpasss the Sprint app.
(Yeah I know I sound like a spokesman for sMMS)

The only other way it might work is to delete all the Verisign program's registry entries, and then attempt installing again. Or, bite the bullet and hard reset and let the customizations run.

Regardless, download the trial of sMMS and give it a shot. If nothing else you'll have picmail back, and you might even like it more than the Sprint app.

its way better then the sprint app and all yall know it!! its crazy how one guy(someguy lol) and a team of beta testers can write a better app than an entire damn corporation can!

Thanks Success, good to have ya back. It's all Someguy, we just test and suggest, come up with themes (like the Diamond theme) and help out where we can.
