This is Gsen, I had the same problem, kept taking out the battery and flipping it when it powered on to turn the program off. It finally worked and I uninstalled it. It just buzzes constantly after boot, and the screen is frozen huh?

(do a google search, this is the app that caused the problem)

It's definitely gsen. Before I modified the registry, I went in to Windows\startup and removed gsen and restarted. That made the vibration stop immediately.

Screen is no unfrozen since I changed the registry back.
