Like Tobey said, it's not that hard. Try holding the Vol Down and Power down before you hit the reset (Make sure you dont let up when you hit the reset button)

I have tried the 3 button hold got to the boot loader screen whic says do you want to erase I picked yes....then asked press volup to boot. Boots right back to the screen that says TOUCH Diamond and keeps going from that screen to black and that screen and black....Please help what could be the problem....? I did a hard spl.57 said it was fine them loaded a Rom named OM_DiamondProject_v3.3_WWE.rar. Phone rebooted and now keeps on reboothing...

whatever with the posts, Thank you for putting that solution to the damn phone not hard resetting because you don't push the button hard enough. I was an hour and half into the same problem you were and was starting to think I was going to have to get a new phone.

Hi,

My sprint htc diamond screen is not working anymore and it has a security lock code. Thus, I cant access it anymore. I tried doing a hard reset and it did not change anything, I still cannot access the phone because the touch screen is not responding.
Please help

Ur diamond has no keyboard so if ur touch screen I'd not responding because it's broken physically then u need a new phone but if it's software related boot into tricolour and hard spl and then custom rom it should do the trick
