Messaging problem requiring soft reset a few times daily, is it happening to you?

yo yo!

first off, i love my damn diamond, just like the majority of us...

but there is ONE thing that is absolutely bugging the pants off of me. throughout the day, when i go to launch my messaging app, whether it be to reply to an email or text, or to start a new one, it wont launch. The screen will dim like it is about to launch, then it freezes for a few seconds, then goes back to the home tab. I do a ton of messaging, and i am having to reset 5-6 times a day to fix the problem. I have even cleaed out all of my mailboxes and still, the same problem persists. Is this happening to you? and if so, have you found a fix yet?

I do not have this problem man. I have every other problem imaginable, bluetooth, battery life, grows legs and walks away, etc... But I think this may be yet another defective unit. I would send back.

omg, sorry but im glad i saw this thread, exact same issue. soft, hrdreset daily. called sprint said this is not right, sent me brandnew phone no ?s asked. i think problem is bigger than just us and sprint knows it. they bent over backwards for me. new phone is perfect, no problems as yet. everything seems better. (internet speed battery ect.) i thought the other phone was good, the new phone is like night & day. its not in my head. lol goodluck
