Re: (slide to unlock) S2U2 v1.22 [VGA] by A_C

I had the slide not moving problem. I went to the S2U2 config panel, chose "save", and the slider works again. With some tweaking, S2U2 works still works the best for me for now.

s2u2 vga 1.22, really caused me issues. i love the sweetness factor of it, but it was causing my bluetooth to turn off all the time, slowed my phone down, slider would stop working, and killed my battery. i love the program and how much its progresses since a_c started it, but this version is not stable enough for use

Yeah... if I wasn't already having massive battery issues I would have kept using it.

Does anyone know if there is a way to just make a simple software "lock screen" button that will do the same thing as a "long press end key"?

You guys with the slider not moving, go into settings and turn off direct draw. I'm using 1.01 on my Diamond without any issues with direct draw turned off.

No battery issues to speak of with 1.01 either.

Are they VGA or QVGA versions? Thanks.

I'm pretty sure 1.01 is a QVGA version, but it doesn't give me any issues and everything shows up fine on screen.

I believe the old versions are suitable for both QVGA and VGA. Later, a_c separate the QVGA and VGA.

I had direct draw disabled in 1.22 VGA on my Diamond and the slider still stopped working.

I disabled the direct draw and S2U2 has worked perfectly for me for the past week. Slider works every time.

EDIT: I'm using the latest 1.22 VGA version.
