In regard to retail customers like you and I you are absolutely correct. The problem lies in business customers that have invested hundreds of thousands of dollars into custom build Windows Mobile applications. Microsoft is in a sticky position where they want to have a strong consumer presence in order to compete with Apple and Google but they don't want to piss off their business partners. This happens with Windows releases as well which is the very reason why DOS applications will still run in Windows Vista. I'm sure that you and I have not ran a DOS app in years but there are still businesses that have custom DOS applications that they need to use for day to day business but they have to buy Windows Vista in order to get product support from Microsoft.

Re: What fixes would you like in the next Diamond Firmware?
I would like to see a fix for the Manila Music tab and also the WMP Cache. I noticed that when you delete all the music off the phone's internal storage that somehow, somewhere it remains cached and manila and WMP still think it's there but nothing plays.
EDIT:: After deleting what I thought was the cache on the internal storage the Music Player wouldn't do anything anymore. Had to hard-reset... It's really unstable and it definitely needs to be fixed.
