I personally love to hear that the fix that we geeks came up with in mere hours of owning our Diamonds are what Sprint tech suport is still using today to fix the issues for countless other users.

Haha...sure did. Written and in a file with my MSN, MSL, etc. It won't be that problem that trips me up again.

Just went through this with my Pro, changing the number to 1 worked perfectly!
