Don't feel bad, i am still waiting for tracking as well. Seems like there is no rhyme or reason to who is getting thier phones and who is still waiting on a tracking number. Crap thing is I am going out of town all weekend on Thursday afternoon and if i am not there to sign for this thing they better not send it back.

Anyone know who I can call to have it dropped off at the neighbor's house, and can i do so without a tracking number?

damn wednesday morning and still no updates. ive been hesitant to call CS because i am a patient person. now i am just starting to worry and want to know whats going on

Leave a note on your door for UPS. Tell him/her to take it to the neighbors. We do that whenever we are out of town.

Sidenote: I still don't have tracking numbers.

awesome! ok everyone im keeping updates of my tracking status so everyone can more or less get an idea how to interpret what arrival and departure means aswell as guessing when it will deliver since the ups system being a computer goes by exactly what time its scanned to determine delivery rather than common sense. My package is out for delivery! woot! here goes the recent log

So, I just got off the phone with Order Services and while I was waiting on a supervisor who could actually TELL me something, other than its still waiting to be processed at the warehouse, the rep came back on and said the order had updated on her system while i was on hold and she gave me the tracking number, which is still not updating on their website.....FINALLY HALLELUJAH!

I would definitely recommend calling them at 866-289-8375 which is a direct number, and inquiring about your order because mine never updated on the website, and it left louisville at 1am this morning and is already 20 minutes away from me in Nashville.

also i would like to not for those upset they dont have a tracking number on the page, sprint has a tendancy of shipping their phones and not inputing the tracking # or status in the systems so they can be tracked, my dm order # already has the tracking updated but the other # still has it as in warehose, alot of the times you can call sprint and speak to a higher level manager and they can get your the number. I will be calling sprint shortly for a credit since i refuse to have paid full retail price AND overnight shipping sunday for this phone and get it wed?

Ordered mine via web at 0530 EDT on Sunday. Order required manual validation so I called Monday morning at 0800.

Had no updates at all until about 0700 this morning at which time a tracking number showed up.

UPS showed the package getting picked up at 1am this morning with a scheduled delivery of 9/18, but as of just a minute ago, it is OUT FOR DELIVERY!!!

same thing as you. except i still haven't gotten a tracking number. i'm so jealous.
