just now went to ups for the heck of it and im glad i did. 3 new scans and now destnation time and date 9/18 in the am are on there. like to see my house address on there. the weight is 9.70 pounds thats like getting a baby in the mail. my little baby. lol by the way telephone orders are free

Im swapping my current phone for the diamond and ecare said they couldn't order the phone for me and telesales was the only one. I didnt think to check the website. They also said that once I return my phone they will credit me back the complete cost of the diamond so hopefully they cover that part too.

I ordered the diamond on the web just after midnight when the phone became available on sprint's website. Still no tracking number. I guess a simple phone call was the key to get a phone in a timely basis.

Just got my tracking number through a email, I ordered mine at 8:00am Sunday morning. On the email they sent me it said it was suppose to get delivered on 9/16/08 found that odd. Went to UPS.com and my tracking number was still not in the system so I'm guessing they wont pick it up till tomorrow and I wont get it till Thursday.

for the phone, seems like alot. for my baby, 8 pounds 8 oz so thats close. as for delivery date(of phone) sounds like alot of happy people on thursday.

I wouldnt say that the telesales was the way to go. I ordered mine on Sunday over the phone and still nothing....still freaking processing. This is starting to get ridiculous.

It IS ridiculous!! I ordered the second it was put up for sale thru websales and still NOTHING!!!! still waiting process at the warehouse...
