Anyone have tracking info for their Diamond Shipment?

The problem isn't with UPS... It's with the warehouse. They are running on limited back up power. When everybody ordered yesterday from online and tele-sales they all got put in a queue to be processed during normal warehouse hours (mon-fri). The power is out so they are having problems processing all the orders. UPS is there to take the orders processed. If you call the 1-866-789-8292 they can tell you if the order was accepted and processed. If processed they will also let you know if it is going out today to UPS. If it is processed, and the UPS handshake happens ETA is sep 16th. Hope this helps, and good luck to all.

I just called the number you suggested and wahhhhh mine was one of the ones held up. She said about 50% of the orders are held up. She wasn't able to give info as to what was being processed but I do have to say I ordered via website at 12:05... basically the second it came up as it was only 9pm here! She did say to go ahead and call tomorrow to see if it got sent out. I guess we just wait and hope ours is one of the lucky next ones.

Ordered mine via retention on Saturday afternoon for sweet price of $249 after hard discounts of $300. Received tracking # Saturday evening and called the number listed a few minutes ago and it is enroute to be delivered on Wednesday.......................yeah baby!! Been waiting 3 months on this bad boy. It's too bad Sprint is cheap and shipped it via Ground versus overnight and didn't give me the option to change it. Oh well can't have everything my way.

Telesales order at 9:09AM EST on 9/14, order tm-tset....

Just called 866-789-8292, and the rep said it should be completed today and possibly arrive tomorrow. There's a chance it could be Wednesday, but he wasn't sure. He suggested checking back for a tracking number, so we'll see.

Hopefully that'll help some other Telesales users that ordered in the same time frame as me.

I ordered mine at 8am central time so we ordered at approximately the same time but when I called they said it was after three so would not arrive until Wednesday.

I am in California and i dont have a tracking number yet. I dont even have an order number. I ordered the phone on last Monday via EVP. My EVP rep said that the order was just placed this morning. Has anyone that ordered through EVP received a tracking number?

edit: i just got my order number. Sprint tracking says that it is being processed.

good old sprint...call 2 different times and get two different answers. I called earlier and they said that my order was fulfilled but they were waiting on the tracking number (delivery date of 9/16/0. I just called again and they said that it could be b/w 4-7 days. Oh well! I understand the situation but I guess I am just impatient!

I ordered my phone at 12:40am on Sunday 09/14.
