When I ordered mine through telesales I didn't have to ask for anything. They just said free overnight shipping, free activation, gave me an option of three different bonus savings.

I ordered mine on the 19th in the morning and I still don't have a tracking #. When I called they said it was scheduled to ship on the 23rd and that I would have it the 24th, but it didn't come in. I called today and they said it is still in the warehouse wating to be shipped.

My Diamond is "Out For Delivery"!

I ordered mine on Tuesday from Sprint.com. So one day for processing and one day for shipping.

not to crap on anyones salad but @ 4pm this afternoon ill be on my second diamond since the 17th(ordered on the 14th) as i got a bad one...center button was mashed in and doesnt function
