but i think im almost positive it starts from the day the phone arrives(or is scheduled to arrive) there was a scenario in the store and i had to call into sales support and they said something completely different. I know regular customer care can be complete airheads but the sales support team are always dead on.

When ordering over the phone or web, as far as i know it goes by the shipping date on the packing slip, which doesnt make sense but a lot of things with sprint dont. Success you may be correct though, i only worked in the stores.

so is this guaranteed to be safe? I'm not doubting you guys or anything, but i want to make sure before I get stuck with a phone that i potentially don't like.
although being "stuck" with a diamond would be more than tolerable lol |

what's going to happen if the pro gets pushed after the 19th. Just wait, we've already waited so long for the diamond to come to sprint, we can wait a little longer for the pro. Just my 2 cents
