i have the expansys 1340 mAh battery - it comes with an extended battery cover for the original GSM Diamond. trust me on this, it doesn't come close to fitting our Sprint Diamond. by the way, the 1340 mAh is OEM HTC and it fits/works with the Sprint Diamond.
