Yeah, I know - maybe my sarcastic response was too subtle. I work in the auto industry and I guess the company is afraid of people snapping pictures of the latest prototype car that isn't due in showrooms for a year or two.

It's also standard policy for many defense companies and many manufacturing facilities of high-tech stuff.

Either of these seem easier to mask than the Sprint back.

First problem, that's a GSM back wont fit over the CDMA phone chassis.

Second problem, that battery is smaller then the stock battery why would you want that?

the best option i have heard so fare is carbon fiber vynal. then u can pop the cover off still to take a pic if u want.

A lot of people work in the auto industry. Accountants, technicians, engineers, janitors. Nobody is allowed a camera phone. Sucks that way.

Right, but then what do I use during the day? If I can't use my PDA during the day, I might as well not have one at all and get a plain Motorola Razor.
