Resco Audio Recorder seems to be working ok for me for recording both sides of a call.

You must remember that if you need to use the conversation as evidence, it is inadmissible in court if you did not have consent of the other party. Just a little FYI...

Nope, all that is needed is consent of one party (yourself). Look at Monica Lewinsky phone calls for example.

It actually depends upon which state you are in ... and maybe what state you are calling if calling a different state.

As far as I know, that is correct. You are recording yourself, for your own protection.

Looks like someone got this working on CDMA Diamonds (assuming it works on the Pro too)!

Thanks for posting! Anyone want to try it out? I've got my phone just how I like it... I don't want to risk anything LOL

Seems that it may be ROM dependant. I have Juicy's 4.7 and it doesn't work

I may flash another ROM and test it out. I kinda like this ROM though....decisions decisions.

EDIT: Guess i needed to soft reset first. The start recording option shows now.
