no i was on the phone with the telesales when it popped out but he couldnt order it for me he said it wasnt showing up yet and give them a call back tomorrow morning but i was like scrw that so i followed the directions on line and everything worked just fine... i just checked my order status and it says:

"Your order is awaiting processing at the warehouse. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. If you have questions, please call 866-789-8292 between 8:00 a.m. EST to 11:00 p.m. EST Monday to Friday or 9:00 a.m. EST to 9:00 p.m. EST on Saturdays and Sundays."

No it says full price for me as well and I also returned the 800w. Only way we can get out discount again is to call and have them look into the notes.... Hopefully they dont sell 6000 tonight online becase they only have 6000 in stock. This is from someone who saw it on sprintusers...

well, right now it's a system error, but before, it still won't work. It says I'm elegible for upgrade in 2010, because we just renewed our contract 30 days ago in the store because my wife wanted a new phone. I decieded to upgrade as well to the treo 800w, but decided I wanted the diamond more and returned it within the 30-day return window. So the website thinks we've already renewed, and won't give me a discount even though I returned the treo and my 2-yr contract "discount" should be reinstated. When all is said and done, I should be paying $250 for this phone after rebate.

I JUST ORDERED MINE!!!!

they actually gave me $200.00 off the phone and i was only eligible for $150 i dont get it but oh well its fine with me!!

Did you notice the Diamond is $249 after rebates and the Mogul is $299?

i had $150 upgrade credit eligibility, but it never showed up when I was making the HTC Diamond purchase.

My order came out to be $549.99 - $200 instant + $40.42 tax = $390.41

Then there's also the $100 MIR.

I got free overnight shipping. It said to allow 2-4 business days.

I was more concerned about ordering the phone and getting the pricing sorted out later. I'm going to take the phone into a sprint store to get them to give me the $150 upgrade credit after I receive the phone. It's easier resolving it in person.
