You can find the manila files here in this thread at xda. Just copy them to /windows if you're running sense 2.5.

Those are the send end keys. It's just a regedit and a .bmp placed in /windows. I made a cab for you if you'd like to try it. I can't test the cab because I'm running WM 6.5.3, but it should work with 6.1 and 6.5 that have the 52 pixel soft key bars.
