It has its uses, but usually after a device has already been launched. It's garbage when it comes to getting the "scoop" on devices.

I've tried to pull up the diamond and the touch pro in the search section, but I haven't come up with anything. Any else have this issue?

Yeah, that's exactly what I mean. There's loads and loads of information out about both devices, and they have nothing.
