you people need to stop calling and emailing customer service. you have so many employess on here showing you inside information and telling you when it releases. but your going to call and tie up customer services lines just to try and prove them wrong. wow! its NOT coming out Sept 2nd! get over it.

According to my rep it is coming out Sept. 2.

Wow look its my dad telling me not to call sprint! I'm not gonna listen to you and I don't think anyone else is either, people call they want information who cares if it ties up the "lines" or make's replying to e-mails slower atleast it gives the CS reps something to get paid for ..

FWIW, everytime I call Sprint they keep telling me Sept. 14th. One guy even offered to call me when its released so I can upgrade...I'll hang on to that dream.

LOL, I glad you cleared that up, I was a little confused about that statement as well.

Huh? AM i the only one Sprint is telling that it will be released on the 2nd of September? In the past 3 days I have emailed them and asked repeatedly if the 2nd of Sep is still the launch date and they keep replying that it is still the 2nd.

Folks, I've posted this a couple other places here, but according to Sales and Distribution (someone at the top, cant say names) the Diamond will be available through telesales on the 14th and in stores on the 28th. This is the "concrete" info for now, but it could change again tomorrow, and the next day, and the next day, etc. I'll keep updates coming and pics when i get mine.
